Scuderi Group Expands European Business

Frankfurt am Main, X. December 2008 – The Scuderi Group, technology developer of the highly energy efficient Scuderi Air Hybrid Engine, expands its European business: since November Michael Eisenbeis (35), Director European Operations, is part of the European management team supporting Lutz Deyerling, Vice President European Operations. Eisenbeis worked as Managing Director for Fin Tuition Ltd., a leading training consultancy for banks in London and has longtime experience in the field of Investment Banking (Equity Capital Markets & Equity Research) with well-known clients. At Scuderi Eisenbeis accounts for the coordination of the European activities as well as the planned IPO together with Lutz Deyerling. Scuderi, headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, recently moved into a new office in the city center.

“At the moment we are under discussion with 16 of the 20 world-leading automotive manufacturers about the Scuderi Engine technology and already entered in negotiations about licensing with some of them”, explains Lutz Deyerling. “Frankfurt as headquarter is perfect for steering our Europe business, with regard to the automotive industry as well as the financial community to prepare the IPO.”

The Scuderi Air-Hybrid Engine is expected to provide significant improvements in the area of power, efficiency and environmental protection. The first prototype, based on a gasoline engine, will be finalized in cooperation with the famous Southwest Research Institute in Texas/USA. Numerous of the world’s leading engineering companies such as Bosch Engineering, Mahle or the INA Schaeffler Group assists in the prototype development of the Scuderi Air-Hybrid Engine.
